    2. Log In to SayPro Website


    3. Navigate to Progress Tracker Module

    • From the main menu, select:
      Modules → Monitoring & Evaluation → Weekly Progress Tracker

    4. Select the Appropriate Week

    • Choose the reporting week you want to update (e.g., Week Ending June 7, 2025).

    5. Enter or Update Progress Details

    • Fill in all required fields, such as:
      • Activities completed
      • Status updates (On Track / Delayed / Completed)
      • Notes on issues or support needed
      • Quantitative indicators (numbers, percentages) if applicable

    6. Save and Review

    • Click “Save Draft” if you need to continue later.
    • Use “Submit” or “Update” to finalize the entry for the week.
    • Review the summary page to confirm your update appears correctly.

    7. Confirm and Log Out

    • After submission, confirm receipt or system confirmation message.
    • Log out securely if you’re done with your updates.

    8. Follow-up

    • Keep a local copy or screenshot of your submission for records.
    • Communicate major progress or blockers to your supervisor or M&E focal person.

    2. Click “Login” and enter your credentials.
