SayPro Guide: Populating SCRR Forms Using SayPro Templates


1. Gather Required Information

  • Responsible person/team

2. Access SayPro Templates

  • Make sure you have the latest version to comply with current reporting standards.

3. Template Sections Overview

6. Saving and Uploading

  • Save the completed form with a standardized filename (e.g., SCRR_January_2025_RiskRegister_YourName.xlsx).
  • Upload the completed template to SayPro’s dashboard or email as per your submission protocol.

7. Follow-up
