SayPro Guide: Populating SCRR Forms Using SayPro Templates
1. Gather Required Information

- Mitigation actions planned or underway

- Status updates

2. Access SayPro Templates
- Download or open the official SayPro SCRR template (usually Excel or Word format).
- Make sure you have the latest version to comply with current reporting standards.
3. Template Sections Overview
Most SCRR templates have the following sections:

6. Saving and Uploading
- Save the completed form with a standardized filename (e.g.,

). - Upload the completed template to SayPro’s dashboard or email as per your submission protocol.
